I always love when I meet new people and when I learn new things. Today I meet with a really neat lady who is involved with the Attachment parenting group here in Gainesville. I had heard the phrase and googled it but didn't really know what they were about. She explained it and it made sense. After talking with her I realized that I did alot of that with my kids, we just didn't have a name for it 20 years ago. If I had the support system that this lady has I probably would have done more.

Last night I saw Ricky Lake's Business of Being Born. It was wonderful. I am really looking forward to seeing it again on Jan 24 & 25th. Sarah and I will have a table there with all our information.

It was great. There were some medical students there and I think this will really change how they practice. One of the students wanted to know more about doulas and how he could become a midhusband.
